This is why the more competent, but poor communicating middle manager is passed over for the more affable and polished boss… This is why a beautiful woman is still available after her 20th boyfriend… This is why sweet Grandma’s are the picked to pitch products on television… Since most of your life will be spent around others, to me, this is one of the most important things I have told you  I was recently told at my job that people think I’m a condescending asshole, in so many words. At first I was hurt, then I realized I probably come across that way.
